The bidding process usually works as follows: The owner of Exterior Additions or a member of the sales team will personally visit your home for a no obligation estimate. These “free” estimates are available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. however these times fill up fast so please try to allow 1-2 weeks to schedule a bid. Special situation after hours estimates are available for anyone in the community service field, i.e.; Law enforcement, health care workers , emergency responders and military due to the lack of flexibility in their schedules. Compensated after hours consultations are available, please contact us for further details. While visiting we will listen to your thoughts and ideas regarding your remodeling project and contribute our insight as well. We have many pictures available for reference located in our gallery. We will also bring our portfolio to help assist in the decision making process. After the site visit, we will email or direct mail a line-itemed detailed estimate of the project we discussed within 3-5 business days. We make every effort to list all of the available options in a “ala carte” fashion so you may fine tune your project to meet your budget. If you are able to commit to Exterior Additions as your contractor, we will "fine tune" the design to meet all your guidelines. We will then prepare a rendering, detailed specification and a simple contract for your review. Our contract will include the draw schedule, estimated start and completion dates. We do require 5% down to hold your spot in our schedule, the remaining balance will be broken into draws as noted on the contract. Payment terms are personal, business or certified checks only.
