DELUXE DECK		Includes materials, labor, permits, and inspections,diagonal decking, EverGrain®, bays in corners and elaborate designs, standard railing, 2” x 8” joists, 12” o.c., 6”x 6” support posts, 2” x 10” beams, and 46” wide stairs
CUSTOM DECK		Includes materials, labor, permits, and inspections, diagonal or herringbone decking, EverGrain®, elaborate and complex designs, Standard, Sunburst or Chippendale railings, 2” x 8” joists 12” o.c., 6”x 6” support posts, 2” x 10” beams, and 48”-60” wide stairs

ROOM ADDITION		Service includes a room addition on a brick foundation, electrical to code, connections to existing HVAC system, all drywall, low-e double hung windows, interior trim to match existing trim. Note: Price does not include paint or flooring.

Important Note : A $2000 minimum applies for all stamped concrete projects. For stamped concrete projects it is recommended you schedule an appointment with our sales team for an on site estimate.
