Can you work with my specific design requests?
Absolutely! Our team prides itself on being able to bring any idea to life, no matter how unique. We’ll work closely with you throughout the entire process to ensure that the end result is exactly what you had in mind.
What materials do you use?
We only use the highest quality materials to ensure durability and longevity for our projects. This includes wood, vinyl, aluminum, and composite options.
Do you offer financing options?
No. Unfortunately, we do not offer in-house financing at this time.
Do you customize deck designs to suit my needs?
Yes! In fact, we are proud of designing specialized, high-quality custom decks. We know that each house is as unique as those who live there and that one-size-fits-all is a counter-productive construction strategy.
How long does it take to build a custom covered back porch?
Project timelines are typically custom to each individual circumstance based on size of the custom covered back porch, lead time of materials chosen and number of customization options chosen. We’ll typically give you a rough timeframe when you request a quote from us.
When will I need a permit?
A permit is required when adding any load-supporting structures to your home or making any structural repairs/remodeling to your home. Also, any changes to your home’s mechanical, electrical, or plumbing system may require a permit.
Will I get a free estimate?
Yes! A free estimate may consist of a site visit, phone consultation, or email correspondence. On most projects, a site visit is suggested to discuss details in depth and explore options. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind. We also have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
